Returns and Refunds
As a small business, the cost of returns cannot be absorbed in the same way as a larger company, which is hopefully understandable. Bespoke orders are made to order and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Faulty goods which cannot reasonably be rectified will be refunded if the fault is reported by email within 7 days of receipt and the item returned. In the event of a faulty item, please email and I will do my best to rectify for you.
Ready made and non-bespoke items are returnable within 14 days of receipt. The card processing company take a 3% fee upon processing your order, which is non refundable in the event of a return. Postage costs are non-refundable. Items should be returned in the original packaging in unused condition. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for the return. If you are returning items worth more than £50 it is advised to use a tracked service with sufficient insurance as items lost in the post during return will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method upon receipt of returned goods.
Lead Times
Bespoke orders are made upon full payment. This process involves ordering fabrics and trims, often from abroad which in itself can take weeks. General lead time is 4 working weeks from payment for bespoke orders.
Ready made orders are in stock in the numbers detailed. These can be posted within a week of payment, sent with 48 hour delivery via parcel force in the UK. If you have requested extra to be made from fabrics, these will require the same lead time as the bespoke orders and all cushions will be posted together.
Shipping costs
The cushions are big and heavy; about 1.5kg each! Postage is a base rate of £9, plus £1.50 for each item ordered.
Outside the UK
If you are outside the UK and wish to purchase this is fine, please message me so I can give you a customised shipping quote. If you are in the EU, you will be liable for any import fees applied.
